StayWell Physical Activity Class: Cardio Intervals

Led by Wellness Coach Amanda Cox, this class is High Intensity Interval Training is a full-body workout designed to get your heart rate up and your muscles working. This class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. H.I.I.T is a cardiovascular fitness class that also helps improve your muscular strength and endurance. Members are challenged to push to their limits and end the workout feeling great! You will need a mat and a clear space for this class.
