StayWell Physical Activity Class: Desk Stretches

This class will lead you through a variety of movements that can be done at your desk any time to help you to increase flexibility, optimize range of motion and boost circulation. You will learn quick and simple stretching tips to reduce your stress and muscle tension. This can be done while sitting in a chair.
